the location was convenient (i walked almost everywhere). the staff members were friendly and helpful . i found the hot water urn available around the clock very useful for making tea in my room.
the stairs are quite narrow (walking with a cane can be difficult). the shower floor was a bit slippery, requiring extra caution. i also found navigating the staircases challenging at times.
